Super quick response, really fair outcome couldn't be happier

Discount code didn't work, asked if they could refund the amount or cancel order. They told me that they cannot refund or cancel. This was a large order, It wouldn't have made any difference to them to refund the difference of the code. Will never order from them again.

I discovered Jamie Kay when I was in NZ a few months ago and I am obsessed with the quality and value of the products and the best customer service I have ever experienced! The JK team has helped me with some unique requests. They are always responsive, friendly and helpful. I unfortunately needed to cancel a couple of orders of beautiful JK clothing over the weekend (we had a change of mind by the bride on what her niece should wear as a flower girl), and the team responded to the email and refunded within 10mins. I am floored by the speed and the support!!

I made a mistake with size (my fault, I thought I had checked multiple times!). I emailed the customer support team and asked if I could change it… due to their process I couldn’t but they did cancel it for me and I re ordered it in the correct size. The response was so fast and to be honest, they are so professional and polite.

I’m (mum) love our very first Muslin one piece in bloom why did I leave it so long it’s love from us we now need more! We Adore your new lulu floral powdered pink which is so soft an sweet we got it all.

You had me with the petite fleur lava smoke i again had to have it all and upsizes and last but not least OMG thank you so much for the return of esme and Luca skirts we also got plenty of upsizes one happy mumma.
