"Delivery matched what I was hoping for"
I ordered a few pieces from Jamie Kay and the whole delivery experience was exactly what I’d expect from a good online shop. The tracking email came through quickly, and the parcel arrived when it said it would, which was a relief. Everything was packed nicely too. "Honestly, I’m Way Too Excited About This"
Okay, I did not expect to be this obsessed, but the quality is seriously so nice. The fabric is super soft, the stitching looks really clean, and the whole thing just feels way better than I was expecting. I’m thrilled with it so far and would absolutely buy it again without even thinking twice.

"Honestly relieved they looked just like the photos"
I ordered a couple of pieces and was a little nervous about how they'd look in person, but they were spot on. The colors matched the photos really well, and you could actually see the fabric texture clearly on the site too. When everything arrived, there were no weird surprises at all, which was such a relief.

"Took Longer Than Expected"
I had a feeling the issue wasn’t going to get sorted out quickly, and unfortunately, that’s pretty much how it went. It did get fixed in the end, which I appreciate, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, I’m glad it was resolved, just wish the turnaround had been faster.

"Nice stuff and easy tracking"
Pretty happy with this overall. The stuff was nice, and the tracking was super easy to follow the whole way. Weirdly, I remember checking it while eating a pickle straight from the jar, but either way, everything showed up without any hassle

"Cute, Soft, and Somehow Worth the Price"
I grabbed a few pieces from Jamie Kay and, annoyingly, they’re actually really lovely. The material is soft without feeling like it’s going to fall apart after one wash, which is always a fun surprise in kids’ clothes. The cotton has held up well so far, and my daughter has sensitive skin but has been totally comfortable in everything. They’re definitely not the cheapest, because apparently nice things cost money, but the quality feels worth it. I’d buy from them again...

Umm, I found what I was looking for quickly. The menus actually made sense, checkout was simple, and the photos loaded fine on my phone. I didn’t have any trouble getting around the site, which was all I really needed.

"Great first impression"
My first impression when I opened the package was really good. The colours looked pretty much exactly like they did in the photos online, which made me feel like I’d picked the right thing straight away. It’s always a bit stressful ordering clothes without seeing them in person, but this was a nice surprise. Really happy with my order and I’d definitely buy again

"Washed better than I expected so far"
I’ve only washed it a few times, so I can’t really say how it’ll hold up long term, but so far it’s stayed soft and washed better than I expected.

"Clothes that actually hold up"
I picked up a few pieces for my kids and they’ve already been through a ton of washes. They’re still soft, the seams look good, and nothing has stretched out weirdly. I’m happy with them so far, they seem to last better than a lot of other kids’ clothes we’ve tried. I’d probably recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for something a bit more durable.

"Quick delivery and lovely overall"
I ordered from Jamie Kay and was pleasantly surprised by how fast the shipping was. I got the tracking email soon after ordering, and everything arrived in good condition. My sister had actually recommended them to me, so I’m glad it went smoothly. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the updates were a little slow at the beginning, but the parcel still arrived quickly enough. I’d definitely order again

"Quick Refund, But Still Expected an Apology"
I had to return an item, and to be fair, the refund was handled quickly. I didn’t have to chase anyone, and the money was back in my account sooner than I expected. That said, the whole situation was still a bit inconvenient, so I was expecting some kind of apology along the way...

"Shipping ended up being fair"
I ordered a few baby things from Jamie Kay and I was expecting the shipping to be kind of annoying, because that happens all the time with kids clothes sites.

But the cost was actually really fair and it was shown clearly before I paid. No random extra fee popping up at teh end, which I really appreciated.

The parcel got here in good time too, so ya, overall I was happy with it. Would order again without stressing about the shipping so much.
